Our client is an international and renowned fashion/accessories manufacturer located in North West London and offices based abroad. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to become part of their growing purchasing team in a dynamic, lovely office environment.
Candidates applying must possess strong IT skills (Excel) in particular and have previous sales administration experience. The role benefits from parking, a generous holiday package and scope for progression.
Duties will include;
• Providing administrative support to the purchasing team
• Sales order processing
• Assisting in managing Amazon orders and deliveries
• Producing customer new line forms
• Liaising with clients, distributors and global suppliers
• Stock allocation
• Producing inventory reports for stock control
• Preparing shipping/custom documents for the warehouse
Skills and attributes:
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
• Fulfillment by Amazon database (training provided)
• Previous experience in sales/purchasing administration
