A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading provider of Fine Jewellery, based in the City. A luxury brand company are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small team and assist with the day to day administrative functions of the business. Duties to include:

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Taking incoming calls from clients
• Sending out shipments, ensuring delivery dates are met
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Managing business travel for the Director
• Recording all sales activities in bespoke database

Skills and attributes:

• Excellent IT skills (working knowledge of Excel)
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• 2 years administration experience preferred
• Trustworthy & dependable
