A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading provider of Medical Equipment based in a North London. This highly regarded company are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis to assist with high volume of customer orders.

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Dealing with a variety of customers
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Liaising with suppliers and factories
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Managing stock levels
  • Updating inhouse database and processing sales figures

Skills and attributes:

  • Excellent IT skills (working knowledge of Excel)
  • Strong team player
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
