We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Bookkeeper to join their team and contribute to the financial success of the company. This is a hybrid position offering parking and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
– Working closely with the Finance Manager
– Assisting with management accounts (training provided)
– Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
– Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
– VAT returns
– Accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments
– Assisting in managing accounts receivable, tracking customer payments, and addressing inquiries
– Producing monthly statements
– Use of Xero software
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and XERO (essential)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
