Our client is a growing IT Services Provider based in the City. Due to an influx of new clients, an opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team & build their skills and career path. The successful candidate will have a minimum 1-2 year’s commercial experience working in 1st/2nd Line Support. Duties will include:

• Working within a dynamic team
• Supporting a wide array of clients needing 1st/2nd Line Support using Microsoft operating systems 2007/2010
• Remote and desktop support liaising with end users on a daily basis
• Setting up new users using Active Directory
• Re-mapping of network drives
• Desktop management
• Installation, service, repair of Desktops & Laptops
• Troubleshooting printer issues
• Repairing hardware
• Occasional Site visits

Skills and attributes:

• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience as a Service Desk Analyst
• An IT related degree OR Microsoft / similar qualifications (Preferred)
