Our client is a leading MSP based in Kings Cross who are looking to bring on a new Service Desk Manager to join their growing team.

Following continued success and new client boards, they are looking for a Service Desk Manager to manage their 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineers ensuring a smooth delivery service to a wide array of clients.

The current client-base covers a large portfolio of clients within a wide range of different industries and the team is growing steadily. It is essential that the person they bring on for this role has worked in an MSP environment for at least 2 years, has experience in managing the support of over 100 clients and holds relevant qualifications such as a Degree or Microsoft certifications.

The role will involve managing and mentoring a team, ensuring KPI’s are met, developing and maintaining escalation process procedures, Implementing and maintaining best practice ITIL processes, acting as an escalation point for all requests and Major Incidents and working alongside the Operations Director with regards to staff planning and efficiency
