I would describe myself as a well presented, hard working person who thrives at the chance of learning new skills. I have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with the public. I always like to work quickly but neatly so I can get the task I have been given done in a professional and efficient manner. I have over 5 years’ experience in customer service with working in a fast-paced environment and the understanding of prioritising tasks to meet customer expectations. I have constantly worked in demanding environments where I would have to not only meet expectations but exceed them. I am an articulate professional with extensive experience of resolving customer/client problems via telephone, e-mail and one to one. Working with colleagues and customers in stressful environments has helped me build my confidence as a person and hopefully will carry on so. I am also willing to take on any training necessary to enable me to carry out my work well .My goal is to find a job in a growing company with viable projects so I can contribute to value and propel that company. My aim in the long term will depend the direction where the company is heading. My plan is to reach a position to give me the responsibility of coordinating a team.
