Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to a team of financial advisors
– Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
– Updating the internal database, correctly filing all information to an electronic filing system
– Assist in preparing and processing client documentation relating to pension and investment schemes
– Maintaining and update client records
– Coordinating meetings
