Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community? Are you highly organised, proactive and dedicated to supporting a noble cause? We are recruiting an exciting opportunity within a leading Jewish Charity for an Executive Assistant to support the dynamic CEO.
Responsibilities will include;
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, including managing diaries and emails.
- Draft and type correspondence, reports, emails, and minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, including Board and Sub-Committee meetings, and distribute agendas and reports accordingly.
- Maintain filing systems, update lists of shareholders and committee members.
- Handle staffing administration tasks, including organising interviews and issuing appointment letters.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange catering as necessary.
- Attend Board and Sub-Committee meetings and take minutes.
- Manage appointments and meetings using electronic calendars/diaries.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates applying must have previous EA/PA experience, be highly IT literate and possess strong communication skills.
