Our client is a prestigious firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices located in North West London. The client is looking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist to join their team. The role benefits from parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Friday’s. Duties will include:
- Front of house Reception duties
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating meeting room diaries
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept well maintained
- Ensuring that reception is kept stocked with refreshments
- Composing correspondence
- Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
