As a Part-Time Business Developer, this position will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
