Part Time Personal Assistant/Administrator
Maternity Contract
£20:00-£22:00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a small Jewish Charity based in North West London. This position is a part-time maternity contract, 10am-3pm 5 days a week and is office based.
This role offers generous holidays, early closing on Friday’s and off-street parking.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as gatekeeper for
- Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
- Coordinating travel bookings, accommodation and processing expenses
- Monitor and process monthly expenditure, treasury and cash flow management
- Liasing with various 3rd party individuals and acting as point of contact
- Preparing monthly invoices including expense claims
- Board meeting support, produce detailed minutes and distributing notes
- Scheduling in various appointments for social events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and strong numeracy skills essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
