Part Time Property Manager
North West London

An established family run property management company based in North West London are recruiting an experienced residential Property Manager to join their team. This is a 1 year part-time maternity contract working 4 days a week.

This is a hybrid position and offers parking and other benefits.

Duties will include:
• Management of roughly 200 residential properties
• Handling all property maintenance management
• Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance
• Coordinating engineers to attend property visits
• Management with day-to-day property management issues
• Overseeing maintenance and repair work
• Updating property files and raising rental invoices
• Working alongside estate agencies regarding rental of properties

Skills and Attributes:
•Experience within residential property management/property maintenance management
•Excellent IT skills
