Personal Assistant/Administrator
Maternity Contract
£38,000-£40,000
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our client who is an entrepreneurial HNWI based in North West London.
This position is a 1-1 PA role, full time Monday-Friday with 1 day working from home. This role offers generous holidays, early closing on Friday’s and off street parking.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
- Coordinating travel bookings, accommodation and processing expenses
- Monitor and process monthly expenditure, treasury and cash flow management
- Liasing with various 3rd party individuals and acting as point of contact for various charitable organisations
- Preparing monthly invoices including expense claims
- Board meeting support, produce detailed minutes and distributing notes
- Handling property coordination for private properties
- Scheduling in various appointments for social events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and strong numeracy skills essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
