Property Manager
North West London

Our client, a prestigious well-established property investment & development group based North West London, are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. This is a full time office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Duties will include:
• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Property maintenance management
• Co-ordinating contractors to carry out necessary work
• Overseeing projects
• Processing of contractor invoices including remittances
• Liaising with Landlords to approve costs on work that needs to be carried out
• Processing bookings for EPC’s
• Ensuring gas certificates are valid

Key skills;
• Minimum 4 years experience in property management
• Strong IT skills
• A valid driving license and a car
• ARLA Qualified
