An established family run property management company based in North West London are recruiting an experienced residential Property Manager to join their team. This position is a 1 year maternity contract role.

This is a hybrid position and offers parking and other benefits.

Duties will include:
• Management of roughly 200 residential properties
• Handling all property maintenance management
• Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance
• Coordinating engineers to attend property visits
• Management with day-to-day property management issues
• Overseeing maintenance and repair work
• Updating property files and raising rental invoices
• Working alongside estate agencies regarding rental of properties

Skills and Attributes:
•Experience within residential property management/property maintenance management
•Excellent IT skills
