Receptionist/Office Administrator

Our client is a property management company based in E5, looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This position is a front of house reception role which will also include providing administrative support to the property management team.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 9am-3pm on Friday’s.

Duties will include;
•Front of house reception duties
•Handling and fielding all incoming calls
•Meeting and greeting clients
•Providing administration support to the team
•Dealing with incoming calls from tenants regarding property maintenance issues
•Ensuring all properties have valid EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Certificates
•Property administration
•Maintaining office supplies and procurement of office supplies

Candidates applying should have 2 years or more experience working in an admin role within a corporate business and possess good IT skills.
