Our client is a property management company based in E5, looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This position is a front of house reception role which will also include providing administrative support to a team when needed.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 9am-3pm on Friday’s. Parking is provided and generous holidays are on offer!
Duties will include;
- Front of house reception duties
- Handling and fielding all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and booking meeting rooms
- Handling of post and dealing with couriers
- Providing administration support to the team
- Dealing with incoming calls from tenants regarding property maintenance issues
- Ensuring all properties have valid EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Certificates
- Maintaining office supplies and procurement of office supplies
Candidates applying should have 2 years or more experience working in a receptionist role within a corporate business and possess good IT skills.
