£45,000 – £50,000 + OTE

Fame Recruitment Consultants are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our clients recruitment efforts! We recruit across Accounting & Finance, Property, and general Office Personnel recruitment.

As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous agency experience to take the next step in their career. Candidates applying should have a minimum of 3 years work experience within a recruitment agency to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to completion.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities/organisations, to source and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant within an agency
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
