As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team assisting them in administrative support. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assisting with order tracking, inventory management, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Generating sales reports and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as shipping, logistics, and finance to resolve customer issues and ensure order fulfillment.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team including scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.
💼 Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
