I am coming from Israel with a full EU citizen and I am ready to relocate to the UK. I am a CPA and graduated my BA in Economics and Accounting with a Final GPA of 95.3 out of 100 - Magna cum laude. As my resume indicates, I possess more than 9 years of progressive experience in the Finance, Audit and Investment and Transaction Services fields. My professional history includes positions such as a financial controller of a company in the solar sector with a turnover of c£30m, Consultant and Auditor in the Audit and the Transaction Services Departments at Deloitte (Big 4). Currently I am performing as the international real estate analyst / asset manager in Israel’s largest insurance company. Most recently, my responsibilities at my current and previous positions match the qualifications you are seeking. My responsibilities as a Financial Controller and currently as an analyst / asset manager included overseeing the ongoing operation from the financial side by building and reviewing the yearly budgets, managing the month end P&L reporting, and liaising with third parties on, but not limited to, the performance of the CAPEX plans for the different investment. Also as the Financial Controller I gained lots of knowledge on the ongoing work in the accounting department. Furthermore, as a consultant in the Transaction Services I worked for company acquisition due diligence across multiple sectors and I had have analyzed numerous business models and projection and tracking the past performance vs. the budgets. Also I have established the asset management role in the investment division for the international real estate department. My supervisors also relied on my ability to take the role of the financial controller without any guidance from the former controller and in a minimal time frame to prepare the financial statements and the tax returns that weren’t filled for a long time – a task which I succeed on.
